ALCEDOR – Koi carp breeding

We are very proud of our latest collaboration with the family-owned company ALCEDOR s.r.o.

Their approach to Koi carp breeding is exemplary.

It is no coincidence that they are renowned professionals in this field.

For the farm in Zliv, we designed a new KUBÍČEK blower and aeration diffusers for breeding tanks, replacing almost all existing small compressed air sources – membrane blowers.

By designing a suitable combination of technologies, we achieved total energy savings of at least 50%.

The implementation consisted of the delivery of our smallest ROOTs blower unit, type 3D19T-050E (in a stainless steel acoustic cover for extra low noise levels), in a version with a single-phase 230V motor, and ballasted fine-bubble aeration elements equipped with an EPDM fine-bubble membrane in various lengths.
